Return and Refund Policy
Ramachandran Home Delivery guarantees you a 'No Questions Asked' refund or return policy. Below are the terms and conditions of the Return/Refund policy of Ramachandran Home Delivery;
1) The refund/return request must be made within 24 hours of the products being delivered. You can contact to our customer support +91-8893099999 / email email@example.com from 9.00a.m to 7.00p.m every day
2) The things you return should not be used, tampered with, or soiled in any way. If relevant, the package must include warranty/guarantee cards, freebies, and other accessories.
3) Replacements are dependent on the item's availability. (If the replacement item is not available, we shall credit your "E-Wallet" with the appropriate amount.) You can use it to make further purchases).
4) Items sold as sets/combos cannot be exchanged or returned individually.
5) Refund/Replacement is not applicable for the below specific items, until & unless it is an issue relating to expiry or quantity change: Bread variants, Eggs, Items belonging to Dairy Products Category (e.g. - Milk, Curd, Cheese, Butter, etc).
6) Fruits and Vegetables or loose staples that are infested, decayed or damaged in transport will be replaced within 24 hours when informed within 6 working hours.
7) When the customer makes an online payment for an order and some of the items on the list are not available, the amount debited for the unavailable or out of stock products will be credited directly to your wallet. If the customer wants a refund to their bank account, then he/she has to contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
