Cancellation Policy

The customer can cancel the order anytime by calling our customer care number or via our website. In this instance, we will return any money you have already made for the order. If we suspect a fraudulent transaction by a customer or a transaction that violates the website's terms and conditions, we may cancel such orders at our absolute discretion.

1) You have the option of cancelling your order before it is dispatched. If you are dissatisfied with the product after the purchase has been received or perhaps the customer is out of town, then you can cancel the order.

2) A cancellation request can be made by cancelling the order via the 'My Orders' option or by contacting our customer support helpline.

3) Your order will be cancelled immediately upon receipt of your order cancellation request, and the refund process will begin soon after the cancellation.
