Ramachandran Home Delivery - Refund & Return Policy
At Ramachandran Home Delivery, we offer a 'No Questions Asked' refund and return policy. Below are the terms and conditions governing refunds and returns:
- Refund/Return Request: Must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product. Contact support at +91-8893099999 or email customercare@rct.in (9:00 AM - 7:00 PM IST).
- Condition of Returns: Items must be unused, untampered, and not soiled. If applicable, warranty/guarantee cards, freebies, and accessories must be included.
- Replacement Policy: Subject to stock availability. If unavailable, refunds will be credited to your E-Wallet for future purchases.
- Non-Returnable Items: No refunds/replacements for bread variants, eggs, and dairy products unless expired or incorrect quantity. Fruits, vegetables, and loose staples damaged in transit will be replaced within 24 hours if reported within 6 working hours.
- Online Payment Refunds via Razorpay:
- If an online payment is made and an item is unavailable, the refund will be credited to your E-Wallet.
- For refunds to a bank account, email customercare@rct.in with order details.
- Refunds via Razorpay are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Failed transactions where money is debited will be automatically refunded within 5-7 working days.
- If the refund is not received in time, contact your bank's chargeback/dispute department.
